That is a brilliant story. Can’t wait for the next one. What comes next another round for Kayla or a continuation of Agent X?

Thanks, glad you liked it. Next release will be the instagram short story, that will come pretty quickly and then I’ll need to decide the next one. I’ll probably alternate between Kayla and Agent X, and potentially add a 3rd series to the rotation, while having the short stories in between larger releases to keep things interesting.

It felt a bit rushed to me. I would’ve preferred if a couple scenes were a bit more drawn out, and if there was a little more character building. That being said I’m still looking forward to the next chapter, keep it up!

I see the emphasis of this series being the variety of locations/toys, but I will say there is a deeper storyline that will run through the whole series that will slowly be revealed, and we’ll find out how and why she became Agent X and what that actually means leading towards a finale. There will probably be about 5-7 chapters to reach that point, so there’s space to do that.

Love the new comic. I liked the variety and the girl on girl action definitely sets it apart from your previous comics. I do have one complaint though. It’s a bit too dark.
I don’t mean the tone is too dark. I mean the color and lighting all feel like everything is being lit by nothing but moonlight. I suppose it makes some sense when she was at the facility, but in the airplane? I like that the colors of everything in the background is dark and unobtrusive, but I thought the purpose of that was to make the characters pop out of the page. Right now it feels like everyone is fading into the background instead. That’s how it was in the Private Dick series. Any chance you can brighten it a bit more next time?

Yea good point, I see what you mean. I’ll keep that in mind for the future. The instagram comic should be much better in that regard as the background isn’t as dark and the lighting is sharper, but I may still need to touch up some panels even then to address that feedback. I’m still refining the style that works best for comics like this so I appreciate the feedback.
